Cactus Tallman One of the best albums by one of the best projects to come out of Tolyatti! Been listening to these guys for years now!
I know it’s all up on Internet Archive, but I just had to unabashedly promote these geniuses with a comment!

Even with groovy, noisy, and remarkably unique sounds, Tolyatti artists are criminally underrated and unknown. I’d recommend about anyone check out Mikhail Lezin’s “collage museum” and “rellenzo” YT channels, full of true artists, and the video collages are excellent! Favorite track: Ветер.
